This is my haiku for this week's prompt from One Single Impression - thanks for continuing the weekly haiku community! And to Jennifer (premiere sister o' mine) and Susan, thanks for many moons of providing One Deep Breath.
This week's prompt - Change. It was a fun one.

But I’ve bought red shoes...

Oh, there's nothing like a pair of red shoes to encourage energy and smiles! I frequently write about them (and wear them). Great haiku!
I ove red too, it does brighten things up no end!

Really nice 'ku!
Stepping into that gray and making it something else! That's the idea.
God bless.

Ruby slippers?
They are bound to bring light and excitement in your life.
Those red slippers can take you far.
That perfectly captures March! Wonderful!
My "Change" is here. Thank you!
(I'm adding you to the blogroll, OK?)
new shoes always make me smile...but beyond that, this is a perfect capture of the power of positive outlook!
...got me on that one..it's all about the red shoes for me...
loved that last line...optimism go hand in hand with change, of the good kind..
So wonderfully visual. Lovely.
I loved this and you imagery it evokes. I wished I lived close enough to hear you speak at your church. You sister always is an inspiration to me.
